Keep Livingston Great

Keep Livingston Great introduces a family of political action committees to support conservative candidates and causes. Our goal is to keep Livingston County, Michigan a stronghold of family-friendly traditional conservative values.

Our aim is to keep Livingston County great by keeping Livingston County red!

The vast majority of partisan township and county offices are held by Republicans. Accordingly, Livingston County provides a friendly environment to raise a family. Under conservative leadership Livingston County boasts a healthy community that ranks in the top 5% nationally. Livingston County also lays claim to an A+ public safety rating, the highest in Michigan. If that weren’t enough, Livingston County also has the lowest county property tax in the state.

It is no wonder that the population growth rate in Livingston County continues to soar. In fact, during the decade preceding the 2020 census, the population of Livingston County grew 7%. This growth rate is over three times the 2% rate of growth experienced by the entire state of Michigan during this same period.

Indeed, Livingston County is an attractive place to live and raise a family. However, maintaining and building upon this success requires continuous effort and resources. We cannot rest on our laurels and expect our future to look as bright as our past.

As we move forward we must maintain and build upon our conservative majorities while expanding upon our recent successes in key non-partisan areas such as local school boards and library boards.

Unfortunately, in our solidly conservative community the left has infiltrated non-partisan offices. Running without a (D) behind their name, stealthy leftists have been successful at getting their operatives elected to key non-partisan, policy-making positions. It is through these non-partisan school and library positions that the left has established a beachhead to indoctrinate our children with their woke ideology.

We no longer have the luxury of ignoring these stealth Democrats inroads if we are going to continue building and strengthening our family-friendly community.
